Spanish learner help please? :)? I really want to learn spanish, preferably as fluent as can be as i have family that live in spain that i go to stay with regularly. I have friends out there that are bilingual so they speak english to me but sometimes find themselves starting off a sentence in english and mid way through change to spanish without even realising.. which is annoying for us both! haha. ANYWAY, i'm 18, i'm no longer at school so i can't do it there... i have a couple of books and CD's, i know things like days, months, seasons, numbers, family members and the odd random words... but i want to be able to speak a proper sentence! And about things I can talk about with friends! Books and cd's just tell me things like asking directions which fair enough may come in handy but i dont exactly need to be asking anybody the way to a hotel lobby or tourist desk!!! haha. I listen to spanish bands I like, (although i don't understand them), i pick up words and translate them and that way learn new words. I'm pretty good at prononciation of the odd things i do know but I'M NEVER GONNA BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND/REMEMBER SER/ESTAR! I've just about learned irregular verbs (that's -er -ar -ir right?.. or is that regular verbs?!) but i dont know the other... whats the difference between a regular verb and irregular verb? Basically... can anyone give me some advice on easy ways to learn spanish myself? (if thats possible! Hi to all spanish people!! can you check my grammar and translate this in spanish? we're gonna have a speaking exam on sunday and i just wanna make sure my sentences are correct and some of the words or sentences, i do not know how to say in spanish, so pls can you check this and correct it if theres a mistake?? and the capitalized english words or sentences, can you translate in spanish?? here it is: ihola! TODAY I'M GONNA TALK ABOUT mi rutina todos los dias y EVERY WEEKENDS AND ABOUT MY SCHOOL AND mi dormitorio mi rutina todas las mananas es: me despierto a las seis menos diez y me ducho. tomo desayuno con mi madre y me padre a las seis y media. salgo de casa a las siete y cinco. yo vengo a mi escuela en SCHOOL BUS. llego a las siete y media. mi escuela es grande y muy moderna y privada con mas de mil alumnos y aproximadamente 50 profesores. las clases comienzan a las ocho menos diez y terminan a las tres menos diez. tenemos nueve clases por dia y cada clase dura cincuenta minutos. tengo un recreo de veinticinco minutos. durante el recreo, me gusta estar en la biblioteca y hacer mis deberes o leer. en mi escuela hay muchos laboratorios, una biblioteca, un gimnasio, y aproximadamente 100 aulas. vuelvo a mi casa en SCHOOL BUS a las tres y media. hago los deberes a las seis y media y luego me ducha AGAIN. ceno a las ocho en punto con mi familia. WHILE EATING, WE'RE WATCHING TV. AFTER EATING I WILL DO MY HOMEWORKS AGAIN. I RELAX FOR 15 minutos y luego me acuesta alas once. IN WEEKENDS, me levanto a las once y media y luego I EAT LUNCH con mi famila. AFTER EATING, I'LL DO MY HOMEWORKS AND PROJECTS y luego I RELAX IN MY BEDROOM. en mi dormitorio hay una cama, 2 BOOKSHELVES, 3 CABINETS y un bano y MANY POSTERS OF MY FAVORITE SINGERS AND BANDS ON MY WALL. AFTER I DO MY HOMEWORKS AND PROJECTS, ME AND MY FAMILY ARE GOING TO THE MALL OR IN THE PARK. el sabado, I DO MY HOMEWORKS IN THE MORNING y I CALL MY COUSINS IN SPAIN AND mis abuelos en italia. Are Mexican/Spanish singers popular in Philippine radio? I lived in the Philippines for 5 months when I was 12 and I remember that many foreign artists/bands were famous there, I got to watch so many awesome music videos that weren't even released in the U.S, but this was 10 years ago... I also love music from Spain and Mexico and I was also wondering if artists/bands from there are popular in the Philippines as well?

And why you say that i need go to conquer Mexico? Spain invaded South America in 1492. and in Spain we use euros not pesos Who else?- In Basque Country there are many political parties that wants the independence of Basque Country, but also the are other political parties that not want the independence. Seeing the electoral resultasts in the last elections, 50% of people don't want the independence, 30% wants more autonomy in Spain, and only 20% wants the independence. Sorry for my english haha
