who is this male spanish singer ?

when i was on holiday in spain they kept on playing this music video of a young spanish singer but they never showed the name. in one of his music videos which features a girl singing the chourus i think, he is on the beach in some sort of bar thing and everyone is doing salsa dancing or latin dancing and he is with a man witha middle parting in his hair. This singer is very good looking and young can someone help me to find out who it is?
