I'm looking for a spanish singer...?

I'm looking for a spanish singer. He has long hair and he plays the guitar. He had a populare hit a couple of years ago, 2003-2006-ish. I am not shure but I think he had a song with Shakira. It is not Alejandro Sanz, btw. :) I think he also has a little hoarse voice. Please help me. :-)
